Ready Set Go has graduated 52 new entrepreneurs that have completed the 5-week certified entrepreneurship training course and developmental workshop offered year-round to those in need of services empowering people with hopes of starting a business. The 5-Week Certified Entrepreneurship Training course is funded by the Ready, Set, Go! Foundation in which $1,000s of dollars have raised and allocated to support entrepreneurial development.
All trainees enrolled were educated on how to properly start businesses. Since the inception of the Ready, Set, Go! Foundation, graduates, and non-graduates have completed training and have processed paperwork to organize over 700 legal LLCs, Partnerships, Articles of Incorporation, and Non-for-Profit within one of these 50 States of these United States of America. Ready, Set, Go! Foundation has also set up over 1000 Employer Identification Numbers. Our scope of services rendered totals over 1 million dollars provided to those enrolled within the Ready, Set, Go! Foundation for full training classes or a la carte service.
OD Harris is a veteran of the Army and has discovered the keys to unlocking his life’s purpose. After graduating from Davenport University and studying tax law at Michigan State University, OD launched Wize Tax and Accounting, in 2003, with zero working capital. Within its first year, his Tax and Accounting grew rapidly by OD acquiring national and global clientele- successfully breaking even the first year. This led to a profitable second year, allowing OD to open multiple offices. In 2012, OD decided sell his operation of (34 locations & 7 States) to his office managers and a private equity firm. He later change his business model to create a Home-base eco-system that uses innovation to assist individuals looking to start their own accounting practice. The scope of OD’s expertise is capacious, ranging from formation and development of business, to the advancement of individuals through personal and spiritual mentorship as well as successful execution of philanthropic efforts.

Through His RSG Program he has created over 700 jobs through entrepreneurship, & has been the Training ground for 1000’s of small businesses. Ja’Meen serves and functions in various roles, that have become the foundation for his vast knowledge. Firstly, Ja’Meen is the founding Pastor of the Jehovah Shammah Apostolic Faith Church in Maricopa, AZ as well as the Founder of Jehovah Shammah Apostolic Ministries in Phoenix, and he also has the distinct pleasure of serving as an Overseeing Elder for the Global Empowerment Fellowship of Christian Church with his diocese encompassing Arizona and the country of Mexico.
Ja’Meen PROUDLY serves as a Chaplain for Sante Hospice based in Scottsdale, AZ and as the co-founder and Vice President for Ready, Set, Go; an organization that helps educate business owners on how to maximize for success. Ja’Meen serves the community of Maricopa as a contributor to the “Maricopa Monitor newspaper” section on Religion, as well as the Mayor’s office for prayer during city council sessions.

Sharise is multi-gifted as she excels in leadership and is a passionate entrepreneur, it runs through her veins. Sharise has earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management and her Masters of Health Administration from University of Phoenix. Sharise has served in management for over 20 years in the health care industry, the last seven of those years leading a 300 person operations team for a Fortune 10 organization. Sharise’s corporate career was focused on ensuring that at risk populations had access to health care benefits. She has successfully led operations teams of over 200 employees as they raised the bar in customer service while achieving company goals. One of Sharise’s dominant attributes is her ability to build and transform under-performing teams into strongly engaged high-performing teams.
Sharise has owned an event planning business, co-owned two restaurants, is the founder of Go Tell It Communications & Publishing, LLC., the Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network Inc., which hosts the Annual Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Conference, and has now authored two powerful inspirational books, with the new release of Whole Women Win, Unleashing the Winner from Within. She has been recognized as a “Woman Rising Up” by Women on a Mission, and is the recipient of the 2016 Black Wall Street’s Community Leadership Award. It doesn’t stop there, Sharise is a mother of two sons, wife to Michael D. Castle, and is also a licensed minister through the School of Leadership Development with Grace Commission International and a Licensed Missionary through the Church of the Living God, P.G. of T. She serves on the Ministerial staff at Family of Faith Christian Church.

Olamide Adeboye hails from Lagos, Nigeria, where he graduated from the University of Ado Ekiti with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is an international business professional with over 10 years’ experience on the global forefront. He has a background as a restaurateur, import/exporter and contract negotiator. He believes strongly in self-actualization as well as global citizenship, and hold these evident in his endeavors. Olamide started Coin Rainbow Trading Company in 2008. Coin Rainbow is a social enterprise promoting and marketing handmade products to empower impoverished craftsmen in their entrepreneurial journey. These poor women, and men support their families through the revenue and avenues created by Coin Rainbow and their dedication to catalyzing a positive shift in entrepreneurship, community and economic development in underserved communities throughout Africa and Asia. His inclusive business model has helped to provide financial stability and sustainability to thousands of men and women living in Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, India, Bangladesh and Thailand.

Olamide has a dedication to improve the life through as any people as he can buy offering life giving supplies, connections and resources. Desiree Adeboye is a St. Louis native and the owner of Prime International, business consulting firm and Cultural Xpressions, diversity training. Cultural Xpressions provides an authentic cultural experience through the introduction of ethnic, food, art and traditions. She completed a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration in 2010, as well as Global MBA from Webster University in 2012 and a Project Management Certificate in 2015. To obtain the Global MBA Desiree studied International business abroad, living in The Netherlands, Thailand, China, Switzerland and Austria. To date she has visited a total of 30 countries gathering a firm understanding of international markets, cultures and opportunities.
Upon return to the United States, Desiree sought to convey the strong sense of community, appreciation and empowerment that she gained from her travels and thus became the President of the International Community of Music and Arts, and The President of the Jeff Vander Lou Neighborhood Association.
She is proud to serve as the Entrepreneurship Director of The National Black MBA Association, as well as an active member of The Urban League Young Professionals, the Regional Business Council’s, Young Professionals and Habitat for Humanities’, Ambassador Committee. She is currently working with The Biz Spot, to help entrepreneurs sprout ideas as well as delivering her story through motivational speaking engagements as inspiration to all, especially single mother’s, as Desiree achieved all that she has with 3 children at home cheering for her success. Desiree collaborates with Ready Set Go Foundation as a strategic consultant. She is working on a platform to increase the understanding of diversity between cultures and plans to help business owners to gain an understanding of the international market and its expansion opportunities.
